Mgr. Peter Kubovič

Profile: Peter Kubovič is a managing partner at HKP. In the professional area, he deals mainly with Commercial and Civil Law, Corporate Law, Law of Contract and Real Estate Law. During his 12-year practice, he has worked on complex legal matters for various types of clients (frequently in a position of team leader or project manager). He provided full legal service for significant Slovak and foreign corporations, taking part in acquisition and privatisation transactions, representing clients in several demanding trials.
